We do not collect or store credit card, debit card, or banking information.

  • Create and manage your SuiteMatch account.
  • Connect renters with landlords of the properties they are applying to.
  • Facilitate communication between renters and landlords.

  • With Landlords – if you apply to a property, your application and provided information will be shared only with the landlord of that specific property.
  • With Legal Authorities – when required by law, court order, or to investigate fraud, harassment, or other unlawful activity.
  • With Your Consent – in all other cases, we will seek your explicit consent before sharing.

We do not share your information with marketing companies, unrelated service providers, or any unrelated third parties.

5. Data Storage & Security

We store personal information securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. While no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

For sensitive information submitted as part of a rental application (such as employment details, references, and ID documents), we:

  • Share it only with the landlord of the property you applied to.
  • Permanently delete it from our systems after it is transmitted to the landlord.
